In-House Repairs
Warranty Repairs
All “In-House” electronic warranty repairs must include the original sales receipt when equipment is dropped off.
Deposits
Most “In-House” electronic repairs require a $50.00 minimum deposit.
Estimates
No estimate will be given unless the repair exceeds $160.00.
NOTE: If an estimate is needed and approved, then a deposit equal to half the estimate is required prior to work commencing.
Length Of Repair Time
Most repairs take from three to four weeks depending on the availability of parts.
Completion of Repair
Once notified of completion, you have 30 days to pick up your repaired item. All equipment left after 30 days will be deemed abandoned, and customer forfeits the item, monies, and deposits applied toward repair to offset expenses incurred.
Outside Repairs
Warranty Repairs
All “Outside” electronic warranty repairs must include the original sales receipt and payment for shipping is required when dropped off.
Deposits
Most “Outside” electronic repairs require a $100.00 deposit, and usually can take from three to six weeks depending on the manufacturer/service center.
Completion of Repair
Once you have been notified of the completion and return of your repair, you will need to pay off the remaining balance.
NOTE: If the deposit is greater than the actual repair cost, the remainder will be refunded to you.

Acknowledgment of Agreement
By leaving your equipment for repair you agree that you have read and understand Big Dude’s Music City Electronic Repair Service Agreement.
